We will again hold the "Celebrate Rainier"

gathering at the Wilkowski Park.  The gathering is held on the second Sunday in August each year.

This is an event that was established many years ago and has been sponsored by the Rainier Historical Society in more recent years.  However This year it will be a non-sponsored picnic type gathering.

We do have a committee who volunteered last year to run the event this August so please let us know and we will give you necessary addresses etc.

The  City has informed us that Wilkowski Park is available to anyone who would like to bring their pot luck and have lunch together.  Bring everything you

would need as far as tableware and even your lawn chairs.

If you would contact through this site we could let you know if any have contacted us that they are coming.
