The Rainier Historic School is home of the Rainier Historical Society, the Ol' School Thrift Shop, the Ol' School Gallery (we hope to get it functioning again by mid 2012) and the Rainier Library.

Membership with our society carries no voting privileges but shows a desire to be identified with us and with our desire to give our community a sense of history as well as serve.  We do invite the public to come sit in on our meetings.  If you have requested prior to the meeting you may bring your requests to our meeting.  We are always on the lookout for good ideas for historic preservation and the community heart.  Please let us know through this site (contact button on the left) if you have information you think we would like to have or if you have questions.  We invite and most welcome new volunteer energy and innovative ideas!
